1 ½ ounces of Irish whiskey
4 ounces of coffee
1 ounce of whipped cream (*) 1 teaspoon of brown sugar
In a transparent cup, mix the sugar and the coffee, then add whiskey. After this step, add the whipped cream. (*) You can buy this cream in any supermarket. If you prefer to prepare it at home, here is the recipe:

1 cup of milk cream (you can buy it in the supermarket)
2 spoons of sugar
Chill it in a container for 15 minutes. When it is very cold, pour in the cream along with the sugar and blend until peaks form. Lower the speed of the blender and continue for a few more minutes. If you don’t use all the cream, refrigerate it immediately in the same container.
1 ounce of vodka
½ ounce of coffee liqueur
½ ounce of simple syrup
1 ounce of espresso coffee
In a cocktail shaker add all the ingredients and shake. Then strain into a cold Martini glass. Garnish with a couple of coffee beans.
To prepare the espresso
If possible, use an Italian espresso coffee maker. Use one level teaspoon of finely ground Juan Valdez® Café coffee to 2 ounces of water.
1 ½ ounces of rum
½ ounces of lemon juice
1 ounce of coffee liqueur
½ ounce of coffee
5 ice cubes
Add all the ingredients in a blender, including the ice. Liquefy and serve in a Martini glass.
